- The inner work, step by step
The heart of the evening: identify limiting beliefs, let go of them (also with Ho'oponopono: "I'm sorry, forgive me, thank you, I love you"), reprogram with new beliefs, practice gratitude and act from love.
- Let yourself be guided, without forcing
When the inner work is done and we maintain a state of serenity, things happen almost by themselves. It's about flow and trust, not controlling everything.
- A shared space
We close with questions, conversation and the energy of the group. Each person took a specific practice with them for their daily lives.
