2What data we collect

We only process the data that you provide us through the forms on the site. Specifically:

• Newsletter subscription:your email address.
• Booking a meeting:name, surname, email and, optionally, telephone number.
• Candidacy for City Organizer:contact information (name, email, telephone, city) and the answers you provide us in the form.
• Confidential reporting channel:the description you write and, if you decide to leave it, a contact email. You can use it completely anonymously.

We do not knowingly collect special categories of data. We ask that you do not include sensitive data that is not strictly necessary.

3For what purpose and legal basis

4How long do we keep your data

• Newsletter:until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent.
• Event reservations:the time necessary to manage the meeting and, afterwards, a reasonable period to inform you of upcoming meetings if you have consented.
• Candidacies:for the duration of the process and, in case of non-acceptance, a maximum of 12 months, unless you request its elimination sooner.
• Reports:the time necessary for its management in accordance with the Code of Conduct.

5Who do we share your data with?

We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes. They only access them:

• The strictly necessary internal team (Team Community, Conduct Committee).
• Technology providers that act asthose in charge of treatment(for example, web hosting, email sending, technical support - including Flowin -), always with a contract that guarantees the protection of your data.

If any supplier is outside the European Economic Area, we ensure that the appropriate safeguards required by the GDPR are in place.

6Your rights

You can exercise your rights at any time to:

• Accessto your data.
• Rectificationof inaccurate data.
