Report a violation of the Code of Conduct
This form exists to receive reports of behavior that violates theCode of Conductfrom the My Inner Journey community. It is one of the available channels, not the only one: you can use the one that is most comfortable for you.
You can fill it out if…
- You have experienced firsthand behavior that has put you in a difficult situation.
- You have witnessed problematic behavior towards another person.
- You are concerned about a member of the community who seems to be in a difficult dynamic.
- You simply want to report something you've noticed, even if you don't know if it "counts."
You don't need to have proof. You don't need to be sure. You don't need to categorize perfectly. What we need is what you know, in the terms in which you know it.
How long does it take?Between 5 and 25 minutes, depending on how much you want to tell us. You can save a draft and return to it later.
You choose how you want to be identifiable
All three options are fully accepted and taken seriously. There is no “best” option – it depends on what is most sustainable for you at the moment.
We do not ask you for any information. We can't contact you or tell you what happens next. Your report still enters the files of the Conduct Committee and contributes to the assessment of patterns: if there are already other reports about the same event or the same person, yours adds information.
You leave only an email (or another channel like Signal) that we use exclusively to inform you of the steps. We do not ask you for your name, city or identifying details. The channel you leave is kept separately from the content of the report, and is deleted after the case is closed.
You tell us who you are. This allows us to go deeper with you if necessary, protect you during the process and provide more complete follow-up.
Nothing you write is lost
- The report is received by the Conduct Committee (3 permanent people, one of them external to the community).
- Within 48 working hours, you receive a first emergency triage.
- If you have left a contact: we will write to you to confirm receipt within 48 hours.
- Full investigations may require up to 30 days.
- At the end, if you have left a contact, we inform you of the result (at a general level, not always with operational details).
If you are in crisis right now
This form is not an emergency channel. If you are in immediate danger or are thinking about harming yourself, contact:
- Immediate danger:112 (single emergency number) or 118 (health)
- Telephone psychological support (Italy):Telephone Amico Italia 02 2327 2327, every day from 10:00 to 24:00
- Women in situations of violence:1522 (24 hours)
- Crisis line for suicidal ideation (Spain):024 (24 hours)
Fill out the form whenever you feel ready, even within days or weeks. Reports are accepted at any time, also for old facts.
If this form is not right for you
- On Discord:write to@modmail(channel managed by the Moderation team).
- By mail: conduct@miviajeinterior.org(read only by the Conduct Committee).
- At an event:Speak to the organizer or a Code of Conduct representative (present at national events, identified by a visible badge).
- Through a friend:A trusted person can fill out the form on your behalf, declaring it in the free field.
All the above channels arrive at the same procedure.
