A community sustained by people
Here we are transparent about who makes all this possible and how it is governed. No figure above the community: whoever supports it accompanies it, does not direct it.
Volunteers who make it work
My Inner Journey exists thanks to people who dedicate their time. These are the roles that keep everything going.
City Organizers
They organize monthly meetings for their city and are the local heart of the community.
Discord Moderators
They ensure that the online community is a healthy, respectful and welcoming space.
Mentors
They accompany newcomers and new organizers in their first steps.
Polyglots
They translate and adapt the content so that the community is truly international.
Community Managers
They coordinate the teams between cities and countries so that everything goes in the same direction.
Sponsors
Companies and people who support the meetings so that they remain free.
Non-profit, and with clear rules
The meetings are free. What is raised covers costs—a room, some materials, a coffee—and never generates a profit. Decisions about what is proposed and how it is done belong to the community and those who organize it, not those who support it financially.
To take care of the environment there is aCode of Conductthat applies to everyone equally—participants, volunteers, organizers and sponsors—and a Conduct Committee that enforces it with a clear and confidential procedure.
Flowin's role
The community is structurally supported byFlowin, the personal growth app of the Mi Viaje Interior publishing project (Animundi SL), which provides infrastructure, tools and operational support.
In return you receive public and transparent recognition, nothing more: no power over governance, content, speakers or participant data. The same rules apply as for any other sponsor.
Who started it
The first spark was the meetings thatNando PappalardoHe began organizing in Tenerife, within the Mi Viaje Interior project. But very soon it stopped being a matter of just one person: today it is the volunteers in each city who make the community breathe.
If you want to know how it all started, we tell it inOur history.
Do you want to be part?
You can collaborate in many ways, from moderating the online community to bringing the meetings to your city. Every contribution counts.
