How our meetings work
Once a month we meet in person, in each city, to practice inner work together. Without distant theory: real practices, in a group, in a calm and unhurried environment. And always free.
What is a meeting
A meeting is an afternoon of abouttwo hours, in a cozy space in your city, where a small group of people practices together a theme of personal growth (Ho'oponopono, breathing, gratitude, releasing beliefs...). Change the theme every month; What does not change is the care, the closeness and thatyou come as you are.
This is how the afternoon unfolds
-
Arrival and welcome
Arrive a few minutes early, settle in calmly and we take a souvenir group photo (nothing else is recorded).
-
Guided group practice
The person who organizes accompanies the practice of the month, live and step by step. You participate as much or as little as you like; you can live it in silence.
-
Break and refreshment
A break in the middle, with something light to share, courtesy of our sponsor.
-
Closing and networking
We closed together and had a relaxed chat for a while to get to know each other without rushing.
The essential
Always free
You don't pay anything. Space and refreshments are covered by our sponsor; we only set the meeting.
once a month
Each city organizes a monthly meeting. Additionally, once a year we bring together the entire community from each country in a larger meeting.
No experience
It doesn't matter if it's your first time or if you already practice. Each meeting is designed to accompany you from wherever you are.
small group
We keep the groups small on purpose, so that we can all really have the experience.
Safe space
No pressure or judgment. You don't have to share anything in front of the group if you don't want to.
In person
The value is in truly finding ourselves. Reserve your place and come experience it.
And once a year, all together
In addition to the monthly meetings in each city, once a year we bring together the entire community of each country in aannual meetingbigger: a day to see each other, practice and celebrate together what we have experienced.
Annual Meeting · Spain
We brought together the entire Spanish community in a larger meeting. Next edition to be announced.
Annual Meeting · Italy
The great annual event of the Italian community. Next edition on the way.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need previous experience?
Not at all. Whether this is the first time you hear about Ho'oponopono or you have been practising for years, the meetup is designed to meet you where you are.
Do I have to share something personal in front of the group?
No. You can experience the whole practice in silence, within yourself, without telling anyone what you are working on. You participate as much or as little as you like, and nobody will ask you to expose yourself.
Will photos be taken or will the meetup be recorded?
We only take one group photo at the beginning or end as a nice memory of the afternoon. Nothing is recorded during the meetup: what happens inside stays between us, in a private and intimate space.
What should I bring?
Nothing essential. If you like, bring a notebook and pen for your notes. The only important thing is to listen when passages are read aloud.
Is there any cost?
None at all — it is completely free. The venue and light refreshments are covered by our sponsor. You only need to come with an open mind.
