It didn't start in an office. It started at a table.
My Inner Journey was not born from an app or a business plan. It was born from real encounters: conversations, practices and concrete changes in people's lives. Everything you see today—the community, the meetings, the growing network—was born from there.
It all started with a conversation
For years, in Tenerife, a few people began to meet to talk about what almost no one says out loud: the fears, the beliefs that guide us without realizing it, the desire to live differently. First one by one. Then, almost naturally, once a month and in a group.
Each person brought a different story, but beneath the surface the themes were repeated. These were not people looking for a guru: people who had already achieved things and felt that something was still missing. And between meetings, things began to happen that no one had planned: relationships that were torn apart, decisions that had been postponed for years that were finally made. Silent changes, one after another.
It is not a project that created a community. It is a community that created a project.
From conversation to a path
Meeting after meeting, conversations became tools. The tools, in exercises. The exercises, in routes that could be followed step by step. And those journeys, in a community that began to recognize each other and want to see each other's faces beyond a screen.
What we were looking for was not to listen to something and feel better for five minutes. It was about starting to really walk, and not doing it alone.
Inspired by open communities
We look at how other large communities in the world work: thousands of people who, in every corner of the planet, meet every month for free to grow together, organized by volunteers from each city. If that model works for technology, why not for inner growth?
This is how My Inner Journey took shape: face-to-face, free and open meetings, with common lines but with the human warmth of each place. Nobody commands from above; Each city organizes itself and the community supports the rest.
From a room to a network of cities
The project was born in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, but it does not want to stay here. The idea is a network of self-organizing groups, city after city, to meet once a month and walk together.
We can't change the whole world. But it is the part of the world that passes through us: when a person changes, their way of loving, working and being with others also changes. This is how things that last begin: not from noise, but from coherence.
We don't want to create followers. We want freer people.
We are not here to tell you who you should be, but to help you remember who you are when you stop living guided by fear and beliefs that no longer belong to you. If you recognize yourself in this, the best first step is to experience an encounter.
