Confirmation and privacy
One last step and that's it.
Data processing.Your report is kept in an encrypted system accessible only to the 3 members of the Conduct Committee. The data is kept for 24 months and then deleted, unless the case is reopened or there is an explicit request for retention for legal reasons. If you have reported completely anonymously, there is nothing linking you to the report. If you have left a contact, that contact is kept in a separate file and is deleted when the case is closed. You have the right to request access, modification or deletion of your data at any time by writing toconduct@miviajeinterior.org(if you have not been anonymous).
