Your practice and your context

To understand where you come from. We do not ask for titles or certificates.

How long have you regularly practiced personal growth and awareness tools (meditation, breathing, yoga, belief work, journaling, EFT, Ho'oponopono, or similar practices)?
Below 12 months of constant practice, we generally do not proceed. Not because it is "little", but because the role asks to hold a space for others while you are still in a phase of strong personal transformation.

What tools do you use most frequently in your personal practice?(you can select several)
Select at least one option.
We do not ask you for certificates or degrees. A training such as “I did an 8-meeting basic EFT course in 2022” or “I took an MBSR meditation course” is useful information. If you don't have structured training, that's perfect: the role doesn't require it.

Your motivations

The most important part. Read it calmly.

The answers in this section have no length limit, but there is no need to extend them.Simple, honest phrases.
We are not interested in the "presentable" version. We are interested in the real one. “I would like to give the people of my city a space that does not exist” is a motivation. "I would like to meet people with whom I feel an affinity" is a motivation. "I would like to feel useful" is a motivation. They are all legitimate.

This question is important. The answers reveal a lot. Examples: "I wouldn't want to become people's spiritual reference," "I wouldn't want to transform it into masked work," "I wouldn't want to waste time on it that I take away from the family." Think about what should NOT happen so that the role remains healthy for you.
Complete this field.
Everyone has some. The question does not serve to exclude who you know: it serves to see if you know how to know yourself. Examples: “I tend to talk too much when I'm in a group and I have to remember to listen,” “I have difficulty setting boundaries with people who get attached to me,” “I tend to take criticism too personally.”

Three mini-scenarios

Brief and realistic situations.

Answer freely, in 3-5 lines each. There is no "correct" answer:We are interested in your way of thinking.
Scenario 1

You are in the middle of an event. During a sharing circle, a participant recounts a recent major loss and begins to cry and cannot stop. The other participants look at her in silence, some seem uncomfortable. You are the facilitator. What are you doing?

Scenario 2

A participant, at the end of the evening, approaches you and says: «Something powerful happened to me tonight, I would like to work on it with you in a more in-depth way. Can I arrange a private meeting with you? I pay with pleasure." You, outside the community, have a profession that effectively includes paid emotional work or coaching sessions. How do you respond?

Complete this field.
Scenario 3

A month after the events start, a regular participant writes to you privately (DM or WhatsApp): «You have been the most important person to me in the last two months. I think about you every day. When I don't see you I miss you. “I want to talk to you more often.” What do you think and what do you do?

Transparency about services, affiliations, tours

Direct questions, short answers.

They help us understand the picture, not to judge.
Do you currently offer services or paid sessions in the field of well-being, personal growth, emotional work, spirituality?
Choose an option.
Coaching, EFT sessions, family constellations, counseling tours, etc. Having a professional activity in this field DOES NOT exclude you. We simply ask that you keep clear the distinction between your role within the community and your professional activity. During events, on official channels and in community spaces, direct promotion of your own services, programs, training or paid activities is not permitted, as indicated in the Code of Conduct.
Are you currently affiliated, or have you been in the past, with a network marketing, multilevel marketing, or recruitment-based “business opportunities” organization?
An affirmative answer is NOT automatically disqualifying, but it is reason for further investigation. Active MLM networks are incompatible with the role.
Choose an option.
Have you ever been part of a spiritual, religious, or personal growth group that you later recognized as problematic (sectarian, manipulative, abusive)?
Also here: an affirmative answer does not exclude; On the contrary, it can be a source of valuable consciousness. It is information that helps us understand your journey.
Choose an option.
Have you ever received warnings, sanctions or exclusions from other online or offline communities?
Choose an option.
Transparency is worth a lot. A story told openly is manageable. A later discovery is a problem.

Actual availability

With realism. It helps us protect your sustainability.

How many hours per month do you realistically think you can dedicate to the role?
The answers of “more than 12 hours” worry us, not excite us. The role is sustainable for less than 8 hours per month. If you think you'll spend a lot more time on it, you're probably over-expecting, and the first thing that will break will be you.
Choose an option.
Not exclusive. It only helps us understand the picture and help you calibrate expectations.
Do you confirm that you can guarantee a minimum dedication of 6 continuous months in the role?
Choose an option.
Summer, holidays, planned trips, work deadlines. It is normal to have a few months off. Knowing in advance allows us to plan coverage.

Final confirmation

It's almost there. One last important step.

Do you confirm that you have read the community's Code of Conduct in its entirety?
The confirmation is not valid if you have not actually read the document. It is in your interest to have done so: there are things in there that greatly change the nature of the role.Read the Code of Conduct →
Check the box to continue.
Is there anything in the Code of Conduct that you have questions about or do not fully agree with?
Choose an option.
How would you prefer to be contacted for next steps?
